- 英买力气田是大型的凝析气田,该气田涉及区块多,集输半径长,井流物组分复杂,并具有高压、高密度、高凝固点、高矿化度等特点。根据方案比选,该工程选择在英买7就地建厂,集气系统采用高压混输集气、集中处理的工艺。为充分利用井口压力能,防止管道在集输及停输过程中产生水合物及凝固现场,该混输系统集气站进站压力选定为14 MPa,油气处理厂进站压力选定为11 MPa,温度为25 ℃。该工程投产成功后,年创产值19亿元。
Yingmaili Gas Field is a large condensate gas field. The field has such characteristics as many blocks, long gas gathering radius, complex well fluid component, high pressure, high density, high freezing point and hypersalinity. According to the scheme comparison results, the station site of treatment plant is located in Yingmai 7 and applied is the technology of high pressure multiphase transportation and centralized treatment in gas gathering system. In order to make full use of the wellhead pressure and prevent hydrate formation and solidification during gas gathering and shutdown, 14MPa was finalized as the gas gathering station inlet pressure of the multiphase transportation system and 11MPa was finalized as the station inlet pressure of the oil and gas treatment plant and 25℃ as the inlet temperature. The annual production value goes up to 19×108 Yuan (RMB) after successful operation of the project.
