- LNG双金属壁单容储罐在罐顶施工过程中,由于抗压环先于外罐壁板焊接,因此抗压环与承压圈之间可操作空间狭小,外罐行车轨道焊接空间有限。通过理论计算及实践论证,提出了壁板增大空间施工工艺,先焊接一圈外罐壁板增加操作空间,再焊接行车轨道完成起顶工序,其后再补焊抗压环。这种施工工艺不仅减轻了焊工在狭小空间作业的劳动强度,同时也提高了焊缝质量合格率,保证了罐顶起顶的施工进度与质量。通过2台30 000 m3 LNG双金属壁单容储罐按壁板增大空间施工工艺成功起顶,验证了其正确性与可靠性,对以后安全、高效地建成LNG双金属壁单容储罐有重要意义。
In welding operation of single LNG duplex metal wall tank roof, pressure resistance rings are welded before outer tank shell is welded, which results in narrow and small welding operation space of pressure resistance rings and compression rings and limited welding space of travelling crane path of outer tank. After calculation and demonstration, introduced is the construction technology of enlarging wall plate space, that is, firstly, a circle of outer tank wall plate is welded for enlarging the welding operation space, and then, conducted is repair welding on pressure resistance rings after the travelling crane path is welded for completing roof fabrication process. The construction technology can not only reduce labor intensity of welding operation in narrow and small space, but also guarantee the construction progress and quality. Successful roof fabrication of two 3×104 m3 LNG tanks by adopting the construction technology has test and verified the validity and dependability of the technology, which is meaningful for LNG tank being built safely and effectively in the future.
