- 为适应胜利油田石油化工总厂上游装置液化气原料来料的不断增加,提高现有气体分馏装置液化气加工处理能力,在不更新现有设备、保证安全生产的前提下,通过对气体分馏装置的生产操作参数进行分析优化,合理调整工艺流程,解决装置运行过程中影响扩产的“瓶颈”难题,实现了装置加工处理能力由最初设计的10 t/h提高至15.5 t/h,且生产运行平稳,产品质量好、收率高,获得了较好的运行效果和生产效益。
Due to continuous increase of raw material of liquefied gas in General Petrochemical Plant of Shengli Oilfield, it is imperative to improve the liquefied gas processing capacity of the existing gas fractionation units. Under the premise of ensuring safe production without existing equipment update, conducted are analysis and optimization of operating parameters of gas fractionation units, reasonably adjusted is the technological process, processing capacity of the existing units is increased from 10 t/h in initial design up to 15.5 t/h, which has successfully solved the "Bottleneck" problem affecting production expansion during operation process of the plant. After optimization of operating parameters of gas fractionation units and adjustment of the technological process, the plant operates steadily, its product quality is good and production efficiency is improved greatly.
