- LNG储罐预冷是LNG接收站正式投入工作前的重要环节,目前我国主要采用顶部环状喷注方式进行LNG储罐预冷。为了避免预冷过程中出现壁面温差过大的现象,利用FLUENT软件对16×104 m3 LNG储罐预冷过程进行了模拟研究,分析了目前储罐在预冷过程中存在的问题,并对预冷方式进行了改进。研究表明:顶部预冷方式容易造成储罐内冷量聚集;管径和进气速度是罐内温度层形成的重要影响因素,改进后的柱状预冷方式能更好地防止储罐内壁产生大温差,加强储罐的使用安全性,延长使用寿命。
Tank pre-cooling is an important and essential process before LNG receiving terminal is put into operation. At present, tank top annular injection process is usually applied to LNG tank pre-cooling in China. In order to avoid too large temperature difference between inner and outer wall during the pre-cooling, FLUENT software is used to conduct simulation study on pre-cooling process of 16 x 104m3 LNG tank, analyzed are some problems occurring in tank pre-cooling process and proposed are relative improvement measures. Study shows that tank top pre-cooling process tends to accumulate cool energy within the tank and pipe diameter and LNG inflow speed are critical factors affecting inner temperature. The improved columnar pre-cooling process can effectively control too large temperature difference between inner and outer wall, which can improve operation safety and extend service life of LNG tank.
