新建、改扩建的天然气净化厂在投入工业生产前需要对各装置的性能进行考核,以评价其设计水平、施工质量、运行状况以及环保达标情况等,但当前天然气净化厂装置性能考核工作缺乏全面系统的梳理。从工程和项目管理角度介绍了天然气净化厂装置性能考核的基本原理和工作流程,从考核方案、考核准备、预考核以及正式考核等环节包含的工作内容进行了分析及总结,并对天然气净化厂各单元系统的性能考察关注点包括运行状况、效果参数、能耗参数、主要指标及涉及的主要标准进行了推荐。指导并规范了天然气净化厂装置性能考核工作。
Performance assessment is often needed for each device before the newly-built, rebuilt and expanded natural gas purification unit is put into industrial production, with the purpose of evaluating its design level, construction quality, operation status, environmental compliance and so on. However, performance assessment for the device in the natural gas purification plant lacks comprehensive and systematic norms and guidance at present. This paper introduces the basic principle and working process of performance assessment for the device in the natural gas purification plant from the aspect of project management, summarizes and analyzes the work included in the assessmentplan, evaluation preparation, preliminary and formal assessment, and also recommends the performance assessment concerns of each unit system involved in the technological process of natural gas purification plant, including operating status, effect parameters, energy consumption parameters, main indexes and the main standards involved .
