大数据、人工智能等新型信息技术的发展,为油气企业智能化转型提供了基础条件。对比了油气企业数字化或智能化建设的诸多案例,对油气企业智能化转型的理论和方法进行了研究,提出了油气企业智能化转型应以构建信息化“生态环境”和业务系统为核心的规划与建设理论。其中,信息化“生态环境”需以主数据平台为核心来规划与建设,业务系统需以企业价值模型为核心进行规划与建设。最后,阐述了基于上述理论进行油气企业智能化转型的核心技术路线、基本原则与策略。
With development of the new information technology, such as big data, artificial intelligence, which provides the basic conditions for the oil and gas enterprises intelligent transition. Many cases of digital or intelligent construction for oil and gas enterprises are compared in this paper and also, a theory and method of oil and gas enterprises intelligent transition are studied. Then, the theory of "ecological environment" and business system being the core for the core oil and gas enterprises intelligent transition are put forward. Among them, "ecological environment" shall be planned and constructed with master data platform as the core, and the business system shall be planned and constructed with enterprise value model as the core. Finally, the core technical route, basic principles and strategies for the intelligent transition of oil and gas enterprises are described.
