经过多年的发展,中国部分长输管道实现了管道勘察设计、施工、运行管理的数字化,基本实现了数字化管道建设的目标。随着全球物联网、新一代移动网络、云计算等新一轮信息技术迅速发展和深入应用,建设智能化管道已成为必然趋势。中国石油中亚D线输气管道是继中亚A、B、C线后新规划的1条进口中亚地区天然气管道,对于中国具有极其重要的战略意义,将其建成智能管道也成为各方共识。基于中国石油工程建设有限公司西南分公司在数字化管道和数字化气田建设的经验与案例,结合智能化建设领域的研究成果,提出了中亚D线智能管道建设的规划和有关建议。
