- 针对某油气田FPSO单点滑环主密封失效引起的原油介质泄漏,以FPSO单点滑环密封更换项目为例,对在役滑环在FPSO非限位状态下实施密封更换进行了可行性研究,提出滑环驱动臂分离加倒链旋转创新方案。从天气要求、停产工期、资源投入等角度,对在役滑环在FPSO非限位与限位状态下实施密封更换进行了对比分析。在FPSO非限位状态下,对滑环驱动臂分离、密封支撑环拆装、O型圈切割与粘贴、倒链旋转等关键工序进行合理化方案设计。实践结果表明,与传统FPSO限位方案相比,创新方案具有风险低、费用少、施工简单、可操作性强的优点,且能成功解决滑环内外环相对静止、密封支撑环拆装要求高、O型圈切割粘贴难度大、空间狭小试验难度大等系列施工难题。FPSO非限位状态下在役单点滑环密封更换技术具有较好的经济性、安全性和高效性,可供施工者借鉴。
In order to solve the hidden danger of potential oil leakage of swivel on FPSO, the swivel sealing replacement technology without FPSO heading restriction was studied with the example FPSO SPM swivel seal replacement project. From the aspects of weather conditions, shutdown duration and resource investment, the operation of sealing replacement between FPSO with and without heading restriction is analyzed. In the FPSO without heading restriction state, the rational design has been performed for the key processes such as the separation of driving arm, the disassembly and assembly of the support ring, the O-ring cutting and pasting, the chain rotation and other key steps. The practical results show that under the condition of FPSO without heading restriction, the operation of seal replacement has the advantages of low risk, low cost, simple construction and strong operability, and can successfully solve the construction issues of high precision, small space and high connection requirements of swivel seal replacement.Under the condition ofFPSO without heading restriction, the seal replacement technology has better economic efficiency and higher safety, which can be referred to by constructors.
