- 哈四联合站采用外加电流与外防腐层相结合的阴极保护模式,投产初期阴极保护系统有效保护效率仅有60 ,为减少埋地管线腐蚀穿孔,保证装置安全运行,联合站先后经历三次改扩建。由于哈四联合站阴极保护系统在初期设计、工程施工、后期改造维护等方面存在的问题,阴极保护系统历经数次扩建与维修才得以正常运行,有效保护率提高到95 以上。从哈四联合站阴极保护系统的有效实践措施出发,制定并实施的哈四联合站阴极保护系统后期改造及相关问题解决方案,可为从事阴极保护系统设计、建设及管理工作的人员提供借鉴。
Hasi joint station uses the cathodic protection mode,combining the impressed current and anticorrosive layer. But at early stage,the protection efficiency is only 60%. To reduce the buried pipeline corrosion perforation, guarantee the safe operation of the equipment, the Hasi joint station has experienced three times of reconstruction and renovation. Aiming at the problems existing in the initial design, construction and maintenance of the cathodic protection system, the cathodic protection system has also undergone several times of expansion and maintenance, with which the effective protection efficiency increased to more than 95%. In this paper, from the effective practical measures for cathodic protection system, the implemented later expansion for cathodic protection station system and relevant solutions can provide reference to related personnel engaging in cathodic protection system design, construction and management.
