摘要:: 随着社会信息技术的快速普及，以及企业在各项活动中档案数量的快速积累，对档案信息资源开发利、档案信息建设、开发档案信息资源提出了更高要求。对企业档案管理信息化建设的思路、原则、实施步骤等方面提出了相关建议。力求信息化建设与社会同步发展，确保企业档案信息化建设进度和质量，提高企业档案工作质量和工作效率。
With the fast popularization of social information technology and the rapid increase in the amount of files accumulated by enterprises in various activities, higher requirements have been put on the development and utilization of archives information resources, the construction of archives information, and the exploitation of archives information resources. This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the ideas, principles, implementation contents and steps of the construction of enterprise archives informatization.
