- 为了提高油气田地面建设工程项目建设运行的管理效率,实现工程建设的可视化管控,满足工程项目精细化管理需求。分析了油气田地面建设工程数字化管理需求的现状,从外部环境因素和内部环境因素总结了油气田地面建设工程管理所面临的问题以及亟需改善的地方,通过运用互联网技术构建了油气田地面建设工程数字化管理移交平台,实现在线三维设计协同、全流程物资管理、集成化项目过程管理、进度和质量实时跟踪、视频AI识别智能管理、矢量化扫描工程成果数字移交等在线智能化管理在油气田地面建设工程项目中的应用,极大地提升了项目管理水平和规避风险的能力。油气田地面建设工程数字化管理移交平台为油气田地面建设工程项目管理及工程决策提供了有力的支持。
This paper is presented to improve the management efficiency of the development, construction and operation of oil and gas field surface facilities, realize the visual control of engineering construction and meet the needs of refined management of engineering projects. The current situation of digital management requirements of oil and gas field surface facilities is analyzed from the external and internal environmental factors. Additionally, the digital management platform for handover of oil and gas field surface facilities is developed using Internet technology, which enables the application of online intelligent management in oil and gas field surface facilities, such as online 3D design collaboration, material management throughout the development project, integrated project development process management, real-time tracking of progress and quality, intelligent management of video AI recognition, and digital transfer of vector scanning engineering results. Digital management and handover of digital project data has considerably upgraded the level of project management and the ability to avoid risks. The digital management and its data handover platform of surface facilities provides solid support for the management and decision-making of surface engineering projects in oil and gas fields.
