现克拉美丽气田的主要单井集输工艺为“井口注醇初级节流+集气站集中加热节流”和“井口加热节流+集气站集中加热节流”两种,在开采、集输过程中常因天然气水合物冻堵而影响气井正常生产。针对天然气组成、凝析油含量、电解质浓度、抑制剂浓度等影响天然气水合物生成的影响因素进行分析,探讨各因素在克拉美丽气田天然气水合物形成中的作用。同时,根据克拉美丽气田实际情况提出了防止天然气水合物生成的预防措施,有效地改善天然气水合物冻堵问题。
In Kelameili Gas Field exploitation and gathering and transportation, normal production is often affected due to its frozen hydrate. Analyzed are such factors affecting natural gas hydrate formation as natural gas composition, condensate oil content, electrolyte concentration and inhibitor concentration, discussed are the effects of these factors on hydrate formation and put forward are some measures for preventing hydrate formation according to actual conditions in Kelameili Gas Field.
