- 天然气作为一种优质、清洁、高效的能源,应用越来越广泛。地处鄂尔多斯盆地的中国石油长庆油田具有站点多、分布广且井场布置分散,分布区域广的特点。在油田采油生产过程中,由于井口伴生气量小,经济利用价值低,大多被直接排放或燃烧,既浪费宝贵资源,又污染环境,回收井场采油过程中携带的伴生气势在必行。通过分析抽油机井下抽油原理,提出井口伴生气回收技术和方法,分析比较了井口伴生气回收中的定压阀回收技术、压缩机组增压回收技术和增压泵回收技术,特别是新近研制成功的增压泵回收技术,该技术具有能耗低、安装简单、维护方便、回收气量大的特点。应用成果可推广到中国各大油田单井井场及边远井场的伴生气回收。
Natural gas, as a kind of high quality, clean and efficient energy, is more and more widely used. Changqing Oilfield, located in the Ordos Basin, has such features as many stations, their wide distribution and disperse well site layout. In oil field production, wellhead associated gas is not enough large and con not be utilized economically, it is mostly discharged directly or burned, which results in valuable resource waste environmental pollution. In order to recovery such associated gas effectively, it is necessary to adopt oil pumping unit for downhole oil pumping. Analyze are functions and operation principle of oil pumping unit and introduced are technologies and methods for wellhead associated gas recovery. Conducted is comparative analysis on constant pressure valve technology, compressor pressurization technology and booster pump technology developed newly for wellhead associated gas recovery. Especially the booster pump technology has such advantages as low energy consumption, easy installation, convenient maintenance and good recovery capacity. Field application results show that the technology can recover a lot of associated gas, reduce environmental pollution and remarkable economic and social benefits can be obtained through application of the technology, which will provide valuable reference for associated gas recovery in domestic other oilfields, such as Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, etc.
