- 高含硫气田地面集输系统中阀组、管汇、仪表等部位发生堵塞会引起计量不准、分酸分离器生产压差过大等问题,更严重影响生产设备的正常功效及生产进度。为了探明堵塞的原因及影响因素,通过取样分析得出,天然气中析出单质硫颗粒、外来流体反应生成盐垢和一定温度压力下生成的天然气水合物是造成普光气田集输管网系统中阀组、管汇、仪表等部位堵塞的主要原因。为此,针对不同的堵塞原因合理采用加注解堵剂、引用电伴热装置加热、更换分酸分离器捕雾器类型和及时冲砂等不同的解堵防堵措施十分重要。
Blockage of instruments, valve groups and manifolds in high sour gas field surface gathering and transportation system may result in not accurate measurements produced by metering devices and too large pressure differential in acid separators, even seriously affect normal functions of production facilities. In ordr to identify causes and influence factors of blockage forming in the above facilities, it is necessary to conduct sampling analysis on gas. Analysis results show that simple substance sulfur particles separated out from natural gas, salt deposits forming in foreign fluid reaction and natural gas hydrate forming in some temperature conditions are the main causes of blockage in Puguang Gas Field surface gathering and transportation system. Therefore, it is very important to tkae such blockage removal or Prevention measures according to different conditions resulting in blockage as blockage remover injection, electric heating device installation, proper selection of acid separators and mist catchers and regular sand washing.
