- 煤层气是近年来崛起的一种新型非常规能源,由于我国煤层气分布具有“偏、散、小”的特点,制约了煤层气的开发与利用。将天然气液化技术应用到煤层气的储存及运输环节,可以节省投资、提高利用效率,具有良好的应用和发展前景。选取了串联氮膨胀、氮气-甲烷膨胀、丙烷预冷氮膨胀、混合制冷剂和丙烷预冷混合制冷剂五种典型的煤层气液化工艺进行了流程模拟,从比功耗、液化率、工艺复杂度、适应性、处理能力和投资成本等方面对各流程进行了比较,得到各流程适用范围,为实际工程液化工艺的选择提供依据。
Coalbed methane is a new unconventional energy, its development and utilization are restricted due to such special distribution characteristics of coalbed methane in China as remoteness, scatter and smallness. Investment can be decreased if natural gas liquefaction technology is applied in coalbed methane storage and transportation. Based on relative investigation data, conducted is simulation study on 5 typical coalbed gas liquefaction processes (series nitrogen expansion liquefaction process, methane-nitrogen expansion liquefaction process, propane precooling nitrogen expansion liquefaction process, mixed refrigerant liquefaction process and propane precooling mixed refrigerant liquefaction process) and compared are specific power consumption, liquefaction rate, process complexity, adaptability, treatment capacity and investment of each process and obtained is the scope of application, which can provide the basis for liquefaction process selection in practical engineering design.
