- 山西ZP02-1H井是在沁水煤层气田郑庄区块内进行煤层气开发的众多多分支水平井的先导试验井,具有钻井难度大,钻井风险大,定向钻井工艺难,对无线随钻MWD要求高等诸多特点,但通过采取多种针对性的技术措施,确保了该井定向钻井施工任务的顺利完成。研制成功了HL-MWD防脱键技术,介绍了山西ZP02-1H井定向施工工艺,分析了无线随钻MWD在煤层气钻井中的注意事项,提出了解决方案,对无线随钻仪器在煤层气将来的施工具有一定的参考意义。
ZP02-1H well is a pilot test well with many multi-lateral horizontal wells located in Zhenzhuang block, Qinshui coalbed methane (CBM) field and it has many features, such as large drilling difficulty, many drilling risks, difficult directional drilling technology and strict requirements for wireless MWD. Various specific technical measures have been taken so as to assure successful completion of directional drilling construction. The HL-MWD anti-departure key technology has been developed successfully, introduced is the directional drilling construction technique used for ZP02-1 well, analyzed are considerations in application of wireless MWD drilling in CBM Construction and proposed are some solutions accordingly, which will provide valuable reference and guide for future CBM field development by using wireless equipments.
