- 随着油田不断开发,传统油井产量计量技术的弊端不断显现,计量新技术的研究与应用越来越受到重视。对无源控制旋流分离多相连续计量装置、计量站无源控制多相计量装置、双分离器计量站量油系统、低伴生气计量站量油系统等计量新技术测试,分析近几年计量新技术的测试方法及测试数据的准确性,同时结合示功图远传计量技术、进罐单井计量技术的调研数据,总结油田计量新技术亟待解决的问题和发展趋势。提出研究、建立计量测试评价模拟实验室,以弥补油田该领域的空白,做好计量技术的储备工作,掌握各类计量技术的适应性、准确性指标,对管理层需要计量调查和监管的油井给予充分技术支持,为科研工作与矿场紧密结合发展奠定基础。
With continuous development of oilfields, disadvantages of traditional technologies used in oil well output metering appear continuously and more and more attention is paid to study and application of new metering technologies. Test are such new metering facilities as multiphase continuous metering device with passive control hydrocyclone separator, multiphase metering device with metering station passive control hydrocyclone separator, double separator metering station oil measuring system and low associated gas metering station oil measuring system, analyzed are accuracy and test methods of test data obtained from new metering technologies in recent years, studied is the development tendency of new oil field metering technologies and found are some problems to be solved urgently in combination of research data in indicator diagram remote metering technology and tank feeding single well metering technology.
