- 介绍了一种适用于高压高酸性气田锻制弯头的设计方法,对该锻制弯头两种不同流通形式的内部流场进行了比较。由于锻制弯头的内部流道与标准弯头不一致,因此利用商业CFD软件对锻制弯头的两种不同流通形式进行了内部流场的数值分析,得出了锻制弯头内部存在流动旋涡和压力波动的计算结果。通过对弯头外侧壁面剪切应力的比较,分析了锻制弯头两种流通方式的壁面冲刷腐蚀。提出在强腐蚀介质环境中,应优先选用流通方式Ⅰ作为锻制弯头的流通方向。
Introduced is a kind of forged elbows suitable for high sour gas field, compared are internal flow fields in two kinds of different flowing modes of such elbows, conducted is numerical analysis on its internal flow fields by using the commercial CFD software and analysis results show that flow vortex and pressure fluctuation exist in forged elbow. Compared are shear stresses in external wall of forged elbow and analysis is conducted on erosion corrosion in external wall of forged elbow under two kinds of different flowing conditions. It is proposed that flowing mode I shall be selected as flowing direction of forged elbow in strong corrosive medium environment.
