    Energy Conservation in Daniudi Gas Field Gathering and Transportation Process

    Abstract： After economic comparison of 3 kinds of gathering and transportation processes in recent 3 years,the multiwell high pressure and low temperature gas gathering and transportation technology has been established in Daniudi Gas Field.In this process,the characteristic of high gas well pressure in early development is utilized fully to delete wellhead heating,instation twostage throttling,twostage separation and dehydration and hydrocarbon in order to ensure that export gas meet relative water dew point and hydrocarbon dew point requirements.At the same time,efficient multiwell water jacket heater,cyclone separator and platefin heat exchanger are used to decrease energy consumption further and improve productivity. Some economic benefits have been gained in exploratory development for several years.The low temperature gas gathering and transportation technology plays an indispensable role.
