    Development for Special Wax of Pulp Model

    Abstract：The modified wax is used as raw material and emulsified by using composite emulsifier, and special wax of pulp model is produced under certain process conditions in order to avoid adhesion between pulp model process product and the mould. Analyzed are effects of operating characteristics on emulsion properties and determined are the optimal emulsification process conditions.The product performance assessment results show that the special wax of pulp model has obvious effect on the molded paperbased material forming lubrication and mould unloading,and output and productivity have been increased.
