Introduced is the process principle of the crude helium concentration technology.Taking crude helium of certain natural gas treatment plant as study object, palladiumcatalyzed dehydrogenation and membrane separation technology are adopted to design process flow of crude helium concentration unit and analyzed are key issues needed to be considered in process flow design. The field experiment results show that H₂ concentration in product helium has been decreased down to below 1×10^-6 and helium purity has been increased from 68.30%to 93.~27%, which has met technical and quality requirements for helium product.
