Abstract:According to the characteristics of service environments of buried hot oil pipeline in permafrost region for many years, nonsteadystate heat transfer model is established for hot oil pipeline during shutdown, the FLUENT software is used to numerically simulate the earth temperature field of hot oil pipeline during shutdown in different seasons and regularity for change of hot oil temperature in pipeline during shutdown with time.Combined with the "Enthalpyporosity" technology, considered are the effects of latent heat of solidification and naturalconvection heat transfer on temperature drop and simulated is the evolutionary process of crude oil solidification in pipeline, determined is a reasonable time for shutdown, which provides a theoretical guidance for safe pipeline startup.
