Abstract:Various kinds of application technologies based on natural gas hydrate have widespread industrial application prospect. Mixture of liquid hydrocarbon methyl cyclohexane (MCH) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) is selected for experimental solution and analyzed are effects of compound additives on hydrate formation by experimental study and it is found that the mixture of MCH and SDBS has the shortest induction time in case of SDBS concentration equal to 255mg/kg, the optimum reaction concentration of compound additives. At this time, the solution system can well optimize hydrate formation and obviously shorten the induction time than single MCH solution or SDBS solution. In addition, the second induction time and generated time data have an important guiding significance for future hydrate transportation and storage and new dynamics model has been established for considering the effect of compound promoter.
