    Abstract：Large centrifugal compressor occupies a decisive position in a compressor station and its test run will directly affect startup and operation of the whole station. Analyzed in detail are problems occurring in test run of three sets of different types and "nationalities" of centrifugal compressors and their causes, solutions and their effects, and improvement suggestions are put forward for design, manufacture and installation of compressor and pipelines.
