    Abstract：Along with continuous increase of international engineering design projects undertaken by China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. Southwest Company (CPE SW), requirements and functions of document control and management are becoming more and more outstanding. Analyzed and summarized are features, basic procedures and main content of normal document control and management in CDB Gas Field development project undertaken by CPESW and some measures and suggestions are put forward for strengthening document control and management in future projects.
