    Design of Gas Pipelines in Densely Populated Areas

    Abstract:Inherent safety design concept shall be applied to longdistance gas pipeline construction in densely populated areas. Pipe strength increase is an important guarantee for assuring the safety of buildings and structures along pipeline. In the design of the pipeline segment of the Second ShaanxiBeijing Gas Pipeline in Beijing's densely populated areas, various measures have been taken to increase inherent safety of the pipeline in order to assure the safety of buildings and structures along the pipeline.
