    Abstract：Combined with practice experience in design, fabrication and test of online corrosion testing device used for high sour gas and practice experience in high sour gas field development, introduced comprehensively are material selection, design, fabrication and inspection of nonstandard equipment used in high sour gas field, which has important reference value for similar high sour gas field surface development projects in the future.
