    Research on Condensate Oil Stabilization Process and Skidmounted Equipment in Sulige Gas Field

    Abstract：Much accompanied natural gas condensate exists in gas field development, which will result in gas and oil volatilization and environmental damage during transportation and storage. Analyzed are components of natural gas condensate oil from Sulige Gas Field and condensate oil stabilization scheme is proposed. HYSYS software is applied for simulation calculation and results show that distillation under 450 kPa is economical. Up to now, skidmounted condensate oil stabilization unit has been successfully put into production in Sulige No 3 Gas Treatment Plant and operates properly. This skidmounted condensate oil stabilization unit is the first one in China and operating conditions show that it has such advantages as high integration and low energy consumption and may be widely used in other gas and oil fields.
