    Suggestions on Revision of Codes， Standards and Specifications Followed in Gas Pipeline Engineering Design

    Abstract：In recent years，　China?蒺s natural gas industry is developing rapidly， a lot of large-scale gas pipeline systems have been built and put into operation and construction of many large-scale gas pipelines is under implementation or plan. Most of these large-scale gas pipelines pass through areas with very complex topography， landforms and geological conditions. Current codes， standards and specifications followed in construction periods of the large-scale gas pipelines can not meet actual requirements and it is very necessary to revise relative codes， standards and specifications. In combination with relative parameters in codes， standards and specifications followed in large-scale gas pipeline construction， comments and suggestions on their revision are put forward， which have some reference values.
