Abstract:In order to accurately describe effects of environment factors on LNG diffusion after leakage, compared and studied are diffusion models of various gases, board model is combined with Gaussian Model and established is a LNG leakage and diffusion model. Analyzed are movement rule of water vapor diffusion after LNG leakage and important influence factors and discussed in detail are heavy gas diffusion process and passive diffusion process of water vapor from LNG in combination with atmospheric turbulence theory and gas movement state equation. Developed is software for simulating LNG diffusion after leakage by using Microsoft Visual Basic and MATLAB language, simulated are hazardous areas where LNG is leaked in different conditions and analyzed are effects of environment factors on LNG diffusion consequences. Obtained is information relative to the effects of interaction of wind speed and atmospheric stability on LNG diffusion after leakage through calculating simulation results, which provides a quantitative risk calculation method for reference in similar accidents, and relative departments may refer to the information in preparation and completion of emergency and rescue measures and risk management.
