    Design Optimization of Condensate Oil Stabilization Unit

    Abstract：Liquid component from gas condensate field is unstable condensate oil. At present，condensate oil stabilization unit is still inevitable choice in gas condensate field development，which has been used in China for almost 30 years. Summarized is previous experience in condensate oil stabilization unit design and operation，briefly introduced are its technological process and operation methods，optimized are its key equipment selection and key parameters，re?鄄selected and re?鄄determined are structure type and operating temperature and pressure of pre?鄄flash tank. Analyzed are feed gas proportion and distribution on condensate oil stabilization tower top and in it and optimized is its technological process，which is helpful to save energy and enhance the economic benefits.
