Abstract:In view of damage degree of inorganic calcium carbonate scale on oil field formation, conducted is dynamic simulation experimental study to calculate permeability retention K/Ki and estimate damage degree of scaling. The results show that the rock permeability rate will drop by 16%-21% if 100 times of pore volume solution is injected cumulatively, which means that effect of inorganic scale on the reservoir permeability can not be neglected. Adopted are chemical antiscale technologies to conduct experiments for screening scale inhibitors and experiment results show that such organic phosphonic acid scale inhibitors as JPS-04,JPS-05 and JPS-06 have obvious antiscale effects and can effectively relieve damage degree of scaling on oil field formation, especially JPS-06 scale inhibitor has optimum antiscale effect.
