    Apanage Management Implementation Status and its Improvement

    Abstract:Unsafe behaviors of the people and unsafe states of objects are two main reasons which result in accidents. According to results obtained from statistical analysis on accidents reported in various industries,the proportion of human accidents is more than 86% of total accidents,that is,the unsafe behaviors of the people are main factors which result in accidents. Therefore,how to urge employees to implement responsibility safely and effectively becomes an important content in safety management of an enterprise. Apanage management is a kind of management tool used for urging employees to implement responsibility actively and initiatively,which enriches further management ideas,practices and ways systematically and structurally. Analyze are current situation and reason of apanage management implemented by basic units and put forward are suggestions for improvement in such four aspects as post responsibility perfection,ability training of apanage superintendents,key post personnel change management and safety performance management.
