Abstract:Taking the energy conservation and cost decrease subject of heavy oil pipelines in Tahe Oilfield as the background, hydraulic and thermodynamic calculations are conducted according to traditional pipeline efficiency analysis method, operating conditions and fluid characteristic parameters, and a theoretically comparative analysis method is put forward, which can be used for efficiency analysis and energy storage ability assessment of gathering and transportation pipelines. Introduced and derived are theoretical calculation models relative to this method and corresponding computer solving methods, efficiency analysis and assessment are conducted on three pipelines in Tahe Oilfield by using the established models, the theoretically comparative analysis method and traditional pipeline assessment methods in combination with the field test data and determined are the optimum operation parameters of gathering and transportation pipelines according to the two assessment methods respectively and described theoretically and actually are the feasibility and advantage of this method.
