    Interpretation and Application of Standards Relative to Flare Systems in Natural Gas Stations

    Abstract：Flare system is an important component of safety facility in a natural gas station and shall be built strictly according to relative codes，standards and specifications after analysis on various working conditions. Analyzed are flare system setup in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields and application experiences，reviewed are current gas gathering transportation equipment and relative technical levels，interpreted reasonably and analyzed are relevant provisions in current Chinese national standards，GB50183—2004，GB50350—2005 and GB50251—2003 and put forward are some recommended practices appropriate for current engineering designs in order to improve design performance of flare system in natural gas station or optimize its design.
