    Viscosity Reduction of Heavy Oil Mixed with Sewage in Bamianhe Oilfield

    Abstract:In order to reduce the operation costs of heavy oil gathering and transpiration pipelines in Bamianhe Oilfield,much test has been conducted on viscosity reduction of heavy oil mixed with sewage in view of the practical situation of relative shortage of thin oil resources needed in production and relatively adequate sewage resources and its easy management,analyzed are the current situation,mechanism and production process of viscosity reduction of heavy oil mixed with sewage and determined is the typical process design option matched with current oilfield production,which can basically solve problems existing in heavy oil exploitation and gathering and transpiration in all blocks and realize effective utilization of oilfield sewage residual heat resources. Beside successful application of the gathering and transpiration technology of viscosity reduction of heavy oil mixed with sewage,researched are problems still existing in actual production of Bamianhe Oilfield and determined is the future scientific and technological research project.
