    Analysis on Influence Factors of Methanol Consumption of Dehydration Unit and Countermeasures

    Abstract：In later stage of gas field development， various kinds of measures， such as foam drainage， gas lift drainage and pressurization， will have significant effects on methanol consumption of downstream dehydration unit. After analysis on quality and volume of gas to be treated in the dehydration unit， it is considered that gas quality， impurity， pressurization， lubricating oil quality and frequent gas volume change are main factors affecting methanol consumption of the dehydration unit in later stage of gas field development. In order to reduce methanol consumption， it is suggested that daily management of dehydration unit operation in gas field is strengthened， pressure is properly increased and filtration separation equipment is selected reasonably.
