    Application of Entropy Technology in Safety Assessment on Natural Gas Gathering and Transportation Station

    Abstract:Because natural gas gathering and transportation system has such features as multiple stations, long pipeline and wide range and many risky factors exist in production, it is necessary to reflect overall safety conditions of the system accurately. Established is an index system for multistage fuzzy comprehensive assessment, applied is fuzzy mathematics theory, adopted is the method for objective weight calculation in information theory and proposed is the two-stage fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. The method is used for comprehensive assessment on safety conditions in some gas gathering and transportation station and the conclusion of “Better” is obtained. This method can not only find out deficiencies existing in gathering and transportation station, but also provide guidance for establishing safety countermeasures and safeguards.
