    New Ideas for Sour Gas Treatment Process of Natural Gas Purification Plant in China

    Abstract：In order to make exhaust emission concentration in natural gas purification plants meet requirements specified in environmental protection standards newly issued in China， it is necessary to update and improve sour gas treatment processes and technologies currently used in domestic gas purification plants. Summarized are sour gas treatment technologies widely applied all over the world， comparatively analyzed are various characteristics of these technologies， discussed are other potential desulfuration technologies and proposed are new ideas for selection of more proper sour gas treatment processes and development of new technologies suitable for domestic natural gas purification plants.
