    Study and Development of Pressurizer at Casing Gas Wellhead

    Abstract:To prolong service life of pressurizer at casing gas wellhead, reduce repair and maintenance during operation and ensure the beam pumping unit operates properly, it is necessary to make clear some key factors affecting service life of the pressurizer and the counter acting force of the pumping unit affecting its service life. Analyzed are the working principle, structural improvement and site operation of the pressurizer, adopted is PRO/E software for simulation and results show that such factors as material wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pressurizer and performance of sealing material have effect on service life of the pressurizer. It is pointed out that it is very necessary to consider its effects on the beam pumping unit when the pressurizer is selected.
