Construction data of digitalized pipeline has such characteristics as wide variety， strong timeliness， non-reversibility and it is very necessary to regulate pipeline construction data acquisition. Pipeline construction data acquisition are related to such departments as engineering supervision， material procurement， construction， testing and so on， data acquisition shall be conducted according to an unified principle， acquisition procedure shall be established， acquisition range and content shall be determined and data quality shall be controlled. Fine construction management shall be conducted and efficient and complete construction data shall be collected so as to provide full and accurate and reliable basic data for later pipeline operation management and lay the foundation for safe and efficient operation of pipeline.
