    Abstract:

In gas treatment of Peng 5 Gas Field applied is ethylene glycol injection method to prevent hydrate formation and applied is the throttling refrigeration method to control gas dew point. The gas field development has been in the mid and late period its output and pressure are decreasing day by day and its production process already cannot meet gas export pressure and dew point requirements. In order to increase gas export pressure and decrease natural gas dew point put forward are pressurization scheme upstream and downstream of J-T valve and propane refrigeration scheme. The software HYSYS is used to calculate and draw natural gas chromatograms of low temperature separators in three schemes and analyzed are these chromatograms and results show that propane refrigeration pressurization scheme downstream of J-T valve and gas-engine-driven reciprocating compressor unit are selected in order to meet gas export pressure and dew point requirements of the gas field in future 10 years which not only can obtain good economic benefit but also provide a valuable reference for late process renovation of other condensate fields.
