    Eccentric Wear Prevention Technology for Deviated Wells in Changqing Oilfield

    Abstract： Along with continuous increase of highly deviated wells and wells with complex well tracks in Changqing Oilfield， eccentric wear of oil well tubes and rods is becoming more and more serious， which results in frequent well repair， more than that， conventional righting and wear control technology is not adaptable to this kind of well conditions. In order to solve the above problem， a self-lubricating internal coating with good corrosion and wear resistance has been developed successfully. Introduced are formula， processing technology and characteristics of the internal coating， conducted are high temperature and high pressure corrosion test on the coating and assessed is its corrosion resistance， used are ball disc wear test machine and reciprocating wear tester to assess its wear resistance and used is the scanning electron microscope to inspect and analyze the coating and its morphologies before and after test. Results show that the coating has fine microstructure， good corrosion and wear resistance and service life of oil tubes coated with the coating can be extended by more than four times.
