    Shift and Reset Device of Connecting Rod in New Beam Oil Pumping Unit

    Abstract： In order to shorten time consumption of swing connecting rod in beam oil pumping unit， reduce labor intensity and eliminate safety hidden troubles， it is necessary to make clear technological process of the swing connecting rod in the production site and find out the causes of long time consumption， large labor intensity and possible safety troubles of swing connecting rod. The connecting rod in oil pumping unit is needed to be swung during replacement of crank pin double bearings and adjustment of production parameters. Connecting rod swing by human， vehicle or chain block pull is not only dangerous， but also restricted by many objective factors， such as weather and environmental conditions and oil well production efficiency is affected accordingly. Developed is a connecting rod shift and reset device according to working principle of screw pair. This device， mainly consisting of connecting rod clamp， small and big screws， nut， base and rotating handle， has such characteristics as quick swing speed of connecting rod， safety and efficiency. In general， connecting rod shift and reset device is the most safe and effective tool of swing connecting rod. Therefore， development of connecting rod shift and reset device in beam pumping unit is very important.
