    Application of HYSYS Software in Boiler Plant System Design

    Abstract：In large industrial boiler system design， water and steam system design is very complex. In order to select more suitable technical process and calculate more clear and accurate operation parameters， the software HYSYS is applied to establish a systematic model for analyzing technical process of steam and water system in boiler plant in order to find problems existing in system operation as early as possible so as to select more suitable operation parameters， optimize technical process and avoid major source of hidden danger during boiler plant design as far as possible， which provides a beneficial reference for process design of steam and water system in boiler plant. Compared with traditional calculation methods， HYSYS simulation calculation has higher accuracy， more intuitive calculation results and process parameters more closed to realistic conditions.
