    Directional Drilling Technology of ZP02-1H Well in Shanxi Coalbed Methane

    Abstract： ZP02-1H well is a pilot test well with many multi-lateral horizontal wells located in Zhenzhuang block， Qinshui coalbed methane （CBM） field and it has many features， such as large drilling difficulty， many drilling risks， difficult directional drilling technology and strict requirements for wireless MWD. Various specific technical measures have been taken so as to assure successful completion of directional drilling construction. The HL-MWD anti-departure key technology has been developed successfully， introduced is the directional drilling construction technique used for ZP02-1 well， analyzed are considerations in application of wireless MWD drilling in CBM Construction and proposed are some solutions accordingly， which will provide valuable reference and guide for future CBM field development by using wireless equipments.
