    Application of Intelligent Electric Heating Device in Oilfield High Back Pressure Well Group

    Abstract： In winter， back pressure at oil wellhead rises as environment temperature drops. Applied is the well group oil gathering pipeline heating method so as to reduce the wellhead back pressure effectively and ensure stable production of oil well. Introduced is an intelligent electrical heating device for well group oil gathering pipeline heating， electric energy is used as its heat source and heat conduction oil as a heat transfer medium. The device is equipped with an advanced control system and has such functions as automatic heating， automatic temperature control， automatic parameter setting and display. Installed in digitized well site， the device can realize remote start/stop and parameter control and meet the requirements of digitized well site management in Changqing Oilfiled. Such device operates properly， has high heating efficiency and good realtime control effect， which achieve the unattended target.
