    Analysis on Productivity of Homogeneous Composite Reservoir in Simultaneous Fracturing of Internal and External Areas

    Abstract:For composite reservoir in simultaneous fracturing of internal and external areas, established is a point-source model for such composite reservoir with many areas, obtained is an expression for dimensionless production decline of the composite reservoir in simultaneous fracturing of internal and external areas and conducted is analysis on effects of fractures and formation parameters on example well productivity. Research results show that fracture half-length of fractured well is not necessarily proportional to initial production of the well in case of composite reservoir distribution with many areas, its production mainly depends on percolating capacity in internal and external areas of the formation and radius size of the internal area and it shall be considered carefully whether the external area in such reservoir is necessary to fracture.
