Abstract:Such natural obstacles as rivers, lakes, swamps, valleys and gullies or artificial structures often exist in pipeline construction, under or overhead crossing ways are adopted to cross such obstacles and large cable-stayed pipeline bridge is one of common overhead crossing ways. Such examples include the completed South Guang River overhead crossing project, Chishui River overhead crossing project, Yangtze River overhead crossing project in Fuling, Chongqing and Hanjiang River overhead crossing project in Xiangfan, Huhan Province, etc., the large cable-stayed pipeline bridges operate properly always since completion. Studied are calculation methods, proposed is a new analysis method for calculating out-of-plane lateral displacement of cable-stayed pipeline bridge and derived is a transverse restraint stiffness formula of the pipeline bridge to the bearing cable pipes. Analyzed are horizontal wind load and lateral restraint stiffness of cable-stayed pipeline bridge over Shiquan Hanjiang River in Hanzhong-Ankang Gas Pipeline Project, calculated is the lateral displacement of the bridge and analyzed is the accuracy of this method and results show that this method has reference value for preliminary analysis and scheme comparison in future cable-stayed pipeline bridge construction.
