Abstract:Operation time of Huianbao-Yinchuan Pipeline throughout a year can be divided into such four process time interval as spring, summer, autumn and winter. Used is the whole pipeline temperature drop method to analyze pipeline oil temperature data and obtain the total loss of the oil temperature in the whole pipeline during different times, which shows that oil temperature at the initial station must be higher than 33℃ in normal temperature transportation, and obtained are the operating conditions at each intermediate station during startup in the whole year. Conducted is contrastive analysis on friction data per 100km of each pipeline segment and analysis results show that attention shall be paid to friction resistance changes in the pipeline segment from Lingwu to Yongning during summer normal temperature transportation and attention shall be paid to friction resistance changes in the pipeline segment from Yongning to Yinchuan during other time intervals. Used are relative formulas to calculate and obtain total heat transfer coefficient of each pipeline segment in different months and it is concluded that the practical calculated value shall be used as the total heat transfer coefficient in temperature drop and shutdown calculation.
